By studying on one of our business related programmes you will acquire the necessary skills to play a key management role. Students will gain an appreciation and understanding of the ever changing environment in which a business operates and the problems that a manager might face. Our courses offer an interesting choice of specialist areas and they also present the opportunity to develop your entrepreneurial skills
Students studying on our business certificate and business degree programmes have excellent opportunities for progression on to further studies including masters and ACCA programmes.
Further Progression Paths: Upon completion of the Higher Certificate in Business, students can progress on to the third year of the BA (Ord) in Marketing (create link to page) or the second year of the BA (Hons) in Business Studies programmes within the Business Faculty.
Graduates of the Honours Business Programmes at Griffith College obtain excellent ACCA exemptions. The BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance qualifies for 9 exemptions and the BA (Hons) in Business Studies qualifies for 5-6 exemptions.
Teaching Council Recognition: Our BA (Hons) in Business Studies is recognised by the Teaching Council of Ireland therefore entitling graduates to train to be a second level teacher.

Programmatic Reviews: Griffith College Business courses undergo rigorous programmatic reviews to ensure pragmatic and relevant business tuition. The Business Faculty programme were successfully reviewed by HETAC in 2009/2010.
Work Placement: The BA (Hons) in International Hospitality Management programme includes a 500 hours work placement module in the summer period of year two.
Tax relief: Griffith College students are entitled to 20% tax relief on all HETAC validated undergraduate and postgraduate programmes
Students Union: If you want to study with like minded people, this is the place to be. Our Students' Union centre provides a place for relaxation with the opportunity to meet and make friends. The Students' Union GCD offers many activities, including social events, sports competitions, and student associations, which every student is welcome to join.
Car Parking: space is available on campus for students. The College car park has nearly 200 parking spaces. Parking is provided on a first come first served basis each day.

of student accommodation located on landscaped College grounds overlooking the canal and the Dublin mountains.
