The Graduate Business School at Griffith College Dublin provides MBA and MSc programmes in International Business. These MBA courses are available on a full and part-time basis. Students who have sufficient professional work experience can choose to do the MBA in International Business programme and those without the requisite experience are directed to the MSc programme.
This MBA program prepares graduates for the world of international business by providing an educational experience which is strongly vocational, academically rigorous and intellectually challenging - a key stepping stone to a career in international business management.
There is a broad range of modules on offer, focussing on various aspects of international business including financial management, international strategy, international marketing management, HR management, corporate responsibility, entrepreneurship and leadership.
Students develop their personal and professional skills by working independently on a range of demanding projects. Equally, by working as part of teams with their fellow classmates throughout this management masters course, they develop strong leadership and interpersonal skills. The MBA programme develops the students' functional management skills in a range of component business disciplines and the dynamic learning environment has the effect of naturally developing and refining many valuable transferable key skills. Overall, the MBA in International Business programme provides an excellent learning experience for students which ensures they become well rounded, informed, industry-ready graduates.
The MBA in International Business programme is divided into three stages. The full time MBA takes 1 year to complete and the MBA part time takes approximately two years.

* The MBA Dissertation involves an in-depth investigation of a topic relevant to international business management and encompasses a critical analysis of pertinent professional and academic literature. The specific topic is chosen by the student and developed as a research proposal during the BRM modules of the programme. Students are supported throughout by one- to-one review and feedback sessions with a supervisor.
**Students have the option of exiting the programme with the award of Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Management, upon successful completion of Stage One and Stage Two.
*** Students must also complete a Management Competency Report as part of the requirements of the MBA programme.
The MBA in International Business programme enables students to take their careers to higher levels through the understanding of a wide range of business functions with a strong international focus.
This focus supports the learners' professional development for their future careers and enhances their employability, enabling them to take advantage of all available opportunities.
Many Masters of Business Administration students embarking on this programme will already be in employment in a business or management capacity and this programme will give them the skills, knowledge and confidence to enhance their current positions or seek more senior roles within their own organisations or elsewhere.
Students at a less developed stage in their careers will acquire and develop the necessary skills to compete effectively in the employment marketplace and maximise their potential for excellent career progression.
