Graduation Robes 

It is customary for graduands to wear academic dress and for this purpose it has been arranged for the officially appointed robing company, Irish Legal & Academic, to be in attendance at the Graduation ceremonies. All gowns must be ordered directly from Irish Legal & Academic prior to 12^th November using their online ordering system. To order your gown, go to www.ilarobes.com 

Graduation Photography 

Lafayette Photography will be onsite before and after the ceremony to facilitate students who wish to have photographs taken. Online booking is strongly recommended to avoid delays. To arrange your booking go to www.lafayette.ie

The Ceremony / Group Photography

Each ceremony is approximately 90 minutes in duration.  After which, graduates have a group photograph taken before joining their guests in Arthur's bar for refreshments. 

Dress Code & Academic Robes:

The dress code for this event is formal.  It is essential that each graduand wears the correct academic robes during the ceremony.  Having pre-ordered your robe (as outlined above), will ensure that your robe is ready for collection in the designated robing area. You will be guided to this are on your arrival on the day of your ceremony

Merchandising

The official merchandising company for the 2012 graduation is Campus Clothing Company, who offer a range of quality items which include personalised t-shirts listing the names of all 2012 graduates, personalised pens and graduation bears.  To see their full range of products and to order log onto www.campusclothing.com or follow the link on www.gcd.ie/graduation 

Parking

There is ample free parking available in the grounds of the College with additional paid parking options outside the College grounds.   A map of the campus is available here.

Refreshments

Light refreshments are available in Arthur’s Bar after each ceremony.  We invite you and your guests to join your fellow graduates and staff in celebrating your achievements.

Griffith College Graduation Party 2012

The 2012 Graduation party will take place on the evenings of 14th and 15th of November. Further Information will be follow on MyGCD.
The After Graduation Party will take place in Krystle Nightclub on Harcourt Street, Dublin 2. Graduation 2012 will take place in Krystle Nightclub on Harcourt Street, Dublin 2. Doors will open at 10:30pm and the top balcony is reserved for Griffith College.

This is a ticket only event, to get your ticket simply e-mail su.ents@gcd.ie, limit 2 tickets per person additional tickets 5 euro each.
Please note that entry to the nightclub is on production of your ticket only. Tickets must be requested by email no later than 8th November 2012.
