These series of seminars are aimed at both corporate individuals and learners who would like to acquire knowledge of how developing Emotional Intelligence can be used to further success both personally and professionally. Learners will be provided with an opportunity to develop Emotional Intelligence through studying communication skills, motivation and other Emotionally Intelligent behaviours. 

Emotional Intelligence is now recognized as being an essential component of success in today's competitive environment.  Individuals who display emotionally intelligent behaviour are more effective at problem solving, they are good communicators and they work well as part of a team.  This course shows that by developing these skills, an individual can improve their effectiveness in relating to others and with increased self-awareness become increasingly motivated and fulfilled.

These seminars will improve the learner's abilities in their professional lives. It will provide corporate managers with improved leadership skills and those wishing to develop in their career with the tools to do so. 

To apply you can simply complete the registration form and return back to us before the course commences, if you are applying to the college as a mature student (over 23) you will be offered a place on the course based on your maturity. If you are under 23 you will need to send me a copy of your leaving cert results with your application form.
