Participants who want to prepare themselves for the fast-paced and exciting discipline of marketing will receive a highly regarded and recognised qualification. You will gain skills and knowledge in the marketing of products/services for the consumer, industrial and service sectors. These can range from worldwide brands to local produce. You will be asked to design creative advertising and public relations campaigns, undertake case studies and practise sales techniques; through these you will explore the principles of marketing and promotion and acquire an excellent understanding of this field. 

On completion of the Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, PR & Sales, participants are recommended to continue their studies by applying for our http://www.gcd.ie/babs/  BA (Hons) in Business Studies Level 8 degree programme either full or part time.  The Diploma programme has been designed in that all three modules are part of the BA in Business Studies and participants who successfully complete and pass assignments and examinations will also be exempted from the equivalent subjects on the BA in Business Studies course.

To apply you can simply complete the registration form and return back to us before the course commences, if you are applying to the college as a mature student (over 23) you will be offered a place on the course based on your maturity. If you are under 23 you will need to send me a copy of your leaving cert results with your application form.
