This change management seminar provides participants with the frameworks, tools, and skills to successfully launch change initiatives and navigate through the inevitable pitfalls.

The workshop provides participants with an in-depth look at the dynamics of change in organisations and the essential tools and processes for creating and sustaining successful change. It also provides participants with concepts and techniques that can be immediately and effectively be implemented in their situation

A series of individual and group activities to consolidate the key skills introduced during the course, with individual Action Plans. Personal Action Plan and will be developed so that ideas and concepts taken directly out of the course can be applied into the work environment.  The day will conclude by way of Skills Demonstration using materials presented.

To apply you can simply complete the registration form and return back to us before the course commences, if you are applying to the college as a mature student (over 23) you will be offered a place on the course based on your maturity. If you are under 23 you will need to send me a copy of your leaving cert results with your application form.
