Attendance Confirmation

Please confirm your attendance or absence at the graduation ceremony by completing the online form at the bottom of this page.

Important: Please fill out the form even if you are not attending the graduation. By doing so you make sure that the college has the correct address to where your parchment is to be sent after the graduation ceremonies. Under no circumstance will parchments be handed out or sent before the graduation ceremonies.

Guest Tickets

Each graduand is permitted to bring two guests to the ceremony. Guests can only access the Griffith College Conference Centre with a valid ticket. If you require more guest tickets than you are entitled to, please apply for them through the online form provided at the bottom of this page. You will be notified by the end of October if additional tickets have become available.

Please note: The provision of more than two tickets per graduand can not be guaranteed. Additional tickets are provided on a first-come, first-served basis and successful applicants will be notified by Friday Oct. 28^th 2011.

Tickets are distributed via e-mail (e-tickets). E-Tickets will be sent to any bookings made on or before Friday, October 21^st during the week commencing October 24^th, 2011. Any late guest ticket bookings (after 21^st October) will be issued based on seating availability.
