The primary functions of the Central Administration Office are the overall management of the following departments in the college:
The Central Administration Officer is responsible for the management and maintenance of all academic student records. The offices primary function is to ensure that all student records are kept accurate and up to date at all times. We liaise directly with your validating body to ensure your registration is processed accurately. We also provide various other functions related to registration such as the printing and distributing of student cards and parking permits.

The Central Administration Officer is responsible for the organisation of GCD Conferring Ceremonies. All ceremonies are usually held in mid November each year. Further information is updated here throughout the lead up to the ceremonies. If you are graduating this year we wish you every success in your future endeavors whether you wish to work, travel or continue study.

The Central Administration Office is also responsible for the management and maintenance of all former student records for the Griffith College Alumni Association (GCAA). Membership of the association is automatic for graduates of Griffith College and those who initiated their studies here but qualified elsewhere. The aims of the GCAA are:
- To establish and maintain a lifelong relationship between alumni, former and current students, staff and Griffith College.
- To contribute to the social, academic and professional advancement of alumni.
By becoming a member of the alumni association you will also be able to avail of benefits available exclusively to Griffith College Alumni. All details on this are available in our quarterly e-bulletins. Over the coming 12 months we will be looking to increase the opportunities available for you to engage with the College.
